6.3 Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, while we retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and general knowledge.

We understand that you may share confidential information with us during the course of our business relationship. We agree to:

• Use confidential information only for providing services to you

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHAURONIX TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
